Refund policy

Coffee & Perishables

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on coffees, teas or other perishable goods.

If you receive the wrong items or your order is missing something, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll put it right.

Clothing & Print-on-Demand Items

All clothing is printed on demand and made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or other non-fault issues.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Perishable Goods

Returns for non-perishable items may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning anything.
