This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed through Deadline Coffee.

By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms set forth in this policy.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary based on product availability.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where applicable.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

WE ONLY CURRENTLY SHIP TO THE UK & ROI.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard [Royal Mail Tracked 48]: 1-2 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method and order weight.

  • ROI orders of €50 and over are eligible for FREE shipping!
  • ROI orders under €50 are subject to a flat €10 shipping charge
  • All order are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise stated

Promotional free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly stated on the website.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us here with your order details. We will work to investigate and resolve the issue.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on coffees, teas, or other perishable goods.

If you receive the wrong items or your order is missing something, please please contact us here within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For any non-perishable goods, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items.

POLICY UPDATES

Deadline Coffee reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
