SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
By subscribing to Deadline Coffee, you agree to receive your selected coffee product(s) on a recurring basis. You can choose the frequency of your deliveries (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) depending on your needs.
SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
- Frequency Options: You can select from multiple subscription frequencies. The available options will be displayed during the checkout process.
- Subscription Changes: You can modify your subscription frequency or pause deliveries at any time via your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.
- Product Selection: You can choose from our full range of coffee products, including our signature blend Taking Care Of Business.
BILLING
- Payment: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis based on your chosen frequency (e.g., every week, every two weeks, or monthly). Payments will be automatically processed at the start of each billing cycle.
- Pricing: The price of your subscription will be clearly outlined during checkout. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified in advance of any price increases.
- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.
MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELATIONS
- Manage Subscription: You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account on our website. If you need assistance, our customer service team is available to help.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. Cancellations will take effect immediately after the current subscription period ends.
- Paused Deliveries: You can pause your subscription if you need a break or wish to temporarily stop deliveries.
