Our Coffee

What is single-origin coffee?

Single-origin coffee comes from one location whether a specific region, farm, or even a single plot of land. It offers unique flavours specific to that area.

What are coffee blends?

Blends combine beans from different regions or farms, creating a balanced and consistent flavour profile that can offer complex tastes and aromas.

What is decaf?

Decaf coffee has most of its caffeine removed while retaining the coffee’s rich flavours. It’s perfect for those who want the taste of coffee without the stimulating effects of caffeine.

Is Deadline Coffee sustainable?

Yes, we’re committed to ethical sourcing and environmentally responsible practices to ensure the well-being of the planet and the people behind our coffee. We are fairtrade and organic.

Are your bags recyclable?

Yes! Our bags are made from LDPE4, which means they can be recycled with carrier bags at large supermarkets or through local council recycling schemes.

Our Shipping

How much is shipping?

Orders up to £25 in value will be subject to a £2.50 shipping charge. All orders over £25 qualify for FREE shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment but if you are super-keen then please drop us an email and we'll see what we can do for you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on all orders over £25!

That's OK, there's too much to remember in life! The best thing to do is drop us a line and we'll do our best to help you out.

My Orders

Can I make changes to my order?

The short answer is no as our packing team are so fast your order is very likely done before we hear from you. However, it's always worth getting in touch so please drop us a line and we'll do our utmost to help you.

Can I track my order?

Your tracking code is sent directly when you place an order. If you haven't received it, please drop us a line with your order number, full name, and postcode, and we'll get back to you with your tracking details.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day via First Class post or next-day courier. For tracking, please drop us a line with your order number, full name, and postcode.

My order is incomplete

Agg, that's frustrating! Please please drop us a line with order reference and any supporting photo evidence (where necessary) and we'll do our best to put things right for you.

My Subscriptions

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can modify, skip, pause and cancel your subscription anytime by visiting your account page and managing your subscription.

Can I add extra coffee to my subscription?

Yes, you can add more coffee to your subscription through your account page.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can cancel anytime via your account page.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

That's very kind and yes, you can. Simply purchase a subscription and add the shipping address as the lucky recipient. You can then manage this subscription in your account page along with any others

Can I choose my own coffee?

Yes, you can hand-pick the coffees you’d like for your subscription.

How frequently can I get my coffee deliveries?

You can adjust your delivery frequency, whether it's weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, through your in your account page.
